Stack-up Factories

Sembawang E & C was engaged by JTC to build this new generation of factories on a 12 hectare site situated at the end of woodlands. Erection and completion of 17 blocks of 9-storey stack-up factories, 2-level elevated driveway, 1 no. vehicle ramp and ancillary works at Woodlands Avenue 9 (Phase 1) Woodland stack-up factories are multi-storey developments suitable for a range of industrial activities. 

The factory consists of either three double storey factories stacked on top of each other rising to nine storey in all, or nine single storey factories stacked on top of one another allow to choose from four types of units, depending on business requirements.  Every factory unit enjoys ground floor convenience via the vehicular ramps that are able to accommodate 45-foot container trucks.  Each unit also has its own dedicated private loading area and car park lots.
