Punj Lloyd has operations spread across 23 countries, a mix across the Middle East, Africa, the Caspian, Europe, Asia Pacific and South Asia. Punj Lloyd has structured its businesses based on its core competencies. Moving from a region specific model to a business segment specific model, the new structure enables the Group to leverage its expertise in each of these segments. The major business segments which form the Group’s structure are – Pipelines & Tankages, Process, Offshore, Buildings & Infrastructure, Power and Highways.  Here each vertical is a business segment in itself with its projects spread across various geographies and central functions supporting it.

Punj Lloyd also provides engineering and manufacturing capabilities in the Defence sector. Infrastructure is driven by both Sembawang Engineers and Constructors in Singapore and Punj Lloyd in India.

PL Engineering, headquartered in Gurgaon, provides design and engineering expertise to clients in Oil & Gas, Automotive, Aviation and other sectors and to Punj Lloyd.

Punj Lloyd Ltd functions as a holding company with group wide functions providing support to all operating entities in the Group.
