Army Logistics Base

The Project is located along Choa Chu Kang Road on a plot area of 9.6 hectares with a built-up area of 60,000 m², this facility boasts a state-of-the-art automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) for both specific and conventional storage requirements.

Sembawang E&C’s involvement in the design and construction management of one 4-storey and one 2-storey warehouse buildings and other ancillary works.

Notable features of this project included a 30m storage height for the ASRS, super flat floors for very narrow aisle storage systems and floor embedded rails for mobile racking storage system. Precast systems was extensively used on the structure, walls and the roof as it not only served to speed up construction and enhance quality but facilitate good housekeeping.
