Design, construction & completion of a 1.64km long vehicular tunnels from Nicoll Highway to Pan Island Expressway (PIE), two interchanges at PIE and Nicoll Highway, pedestrian overhead bridges, covered link ways & a Ventilation Building. The tunnel will traverse underneath Nicoll Highway, Mountbatten Road, Geylang Road, Sims Avenue and PIE.
The project was jointly undertaken with Daewoo Engineering Construction Co Ltd. The Kallang Paya Lebar Expressway Project is the largest road project in Singapore which includes a 9km tunnel.

Design & construction of 1.64km of road tunnel construction, 2 interchanges, pedestrian overhead bridges and a ventilation building.
